I absolutely love the structure of the book, the way linear progression seems to have become a casualty of the war in the same way as other kinds of sense. And the black, black absurdity. WebHere, remember that Catch-22 is not written with a linear timeline, but rather from the perspective of a different individual in each chapter. In the end, everyone's chapter should add up to a cohesive story. This book is hilarious and I find that it gets more entertaining and poignant with every read. 4.
