Somone prior said that 33's with 3.5" of lift required major trimming. We were simply showing that it could be done with minimal trimming (no fender cutting) at 3.5" of lift to fit a set of 33's.

I've heard some fenders have a splash guard in the front that need to be removed on occasion, for JLs that are not rubicon. Web12 mrt. 2024 · The gear ratio in jeep TJ with 33 inch tires: The 4.56 gear ratio in 33 inch tires give more torque for high efficiency. The gear ratio of 4.30 puts you back to stock perfectly. However, nobody makes a 4.30 for the front differentials. Hence, the only option remaining is to go for a 4.56 of gear ratio. You will not face issues like over-geared. Web5 nov. 2011 · If you don't plan to go any bigger than 33's, then 4.56 at most will probably be deep enough. Assuming you have auto. I either missed that our it wasn't there. The 3.8 gets better MPG running 2500-3000 RPM. At least that is the consensus. I'm sure others won't hesitate to flame if I am way off base here. 5.13 will be too deep for 33's.

Looks great too. I'll probably replace me wife's Jeep this spring and go with the AEV 2.5" spring lift and 33's. With 33's you will bump stop to protect the spring from over compression, but maybe with 34's and definitely with 35's you'd be bump stopping to prevent tire rub. bambit dulayWebThe backspacing on stock JK wheels is 6.25″.
