I opened up a few more columns in Task Manager, I think the 2 items that are causing the performance "spikes" (although small), are lsass.exe and csrss.exe. The lsass.exe is actually I/O Reading and I/O Writing at least every second. Is this normal? Probably has something to do with MS security or MS anti-spyware. Thanks!
