Reason is, the Nitto's are actually about 34.6" in diameter whereas the Procomp's were right at or a bit under 33" IIRC. The were an inch wider though. Visibly, I can tell that they're quite a bit bigger. If I had gone any bigger, even just slightly, I would've had big problems. Just saying, brand can make a difference.
